Yup, there you go!

This is most definately my favorite scene yet since the one with the 18-wheeler. They finally started fighting and doing something interesting, and Trixi is a beast for that to have been the first person she's killed. I still wish you had used more interesting colors, and not made their pupils so eerily huge. Other than that, good job man.

The Return Of Quality Flash

Amazing, definitely deserving of it's score, and I can only see it going up. The character designs were excellent, and the coloring was very well done. It wasn't stingy on the frame-by-frame animation either, so all-in-all the art direction was right on point. My eyes didn't peer away from the screen at any point during the flash. Also, respectable trait I've noticed about you is that you know exactly when to use lots of detail, and when to eliminate shading, extra lines (etc...), for the sake of life and animation. I really liked the little flashback's animation style too. The cartoon overall is very much a sequel to Uberkids' Revenge.

There were some things however that made me cringe a bit. For one, I seriously feel like you could take or leave the dialogue, the sound quality bit distracting with the voices, and they didn't move much while speaking. You definitely shine in times of action without words, because your stuff typically speaks for itself. I understand that you wanted to get a joke or two in though. Personally, I cried laughing when Tom fell from the balloon and hit the ground, so obviously your humor doesn't need words.

Overall, great work! I'd love to see more fast-paced frame-by-frame combat in your stuff, that's what makes your action stand out. The talking part just really distracted me from the reletively serious parts, and made it hard for me to get into it. You truly inspire me to keep animating so I can get on your level. Peace.

Zombie-Pimp responds:

thanks man, yeah the voices were pretty last ditch, I was seriously debating removing them completely, but in the end I decided it was worth the laugh, despite how rushed the animation was for that scene (besides, I couldn't let Mindchamber's voice acting go to waste). I'm glad that overall, you were still able to enjoy the flash, and I'm very happy to hear that i've inspired a fellow animator, and honoured that you consider my level as a goal for yourself.

Return of Generic Played Out Sonic/DBZ Crossovers

Here we go with this again. I won't waste too much time typing to help you out with constructive criticism, since you don't care. I'll make the review for people tempted to watch this, since you're going to "ignore us all".
**WARNINGS**
It's a SPRITE MOVIE. It's made up of generic, unimaginative plot elements. ANY GIVEN NEWGROUNDER HAS SEEN THIS A MILLION TIMES ALREADY. It is AN ALVIN EARTHWORM FAN CARTOON. Summed up.

Same DBZ music, same generic, one dimensional villain with no purpose, and nothing different or improving on the little sprite movie sub-genre. Hope that helps.

Aight, now. Things get a bit more interesting.

Still seems a bit lazy at points, but I'd rather watch this than a lot of stuff on NG, so I guess you've got my vote. The story, while the dialogue tends to be bland and the animation half-baked, still keeps my attention. The drawings are cool with me I guess, despite the fact that I hate their eyes. Peace.

Fantastic. So how much was this masterpiece?

A few hours, a day maybe? I don't want to be a hater, but when do we get to see a cartoon with your own original characters and content? Ehh, why bother with actual WORK, right? Especially when 4.0 Scores are a dime a dozen on Newgrounds for a few sprites saying the word "Fuck".
Lack luster comedy, and highly unoriginal. Though I do commend you for actually drawing some chicken and waffles on the table. Nothing personal, but I'd like to see some...what's the word?...oh yeah, imagination. But my words don't matter anyway, it'll be swallowed up in a barrage of 10,000 'perfect 10' reviews within an hour.

Very Nice

I liked it, the sumbissions were solid, and a few of em were pretty funny too. My favorites were definately ComicK's (for the sweetest graphics in my opinion) and Insectors, that one was more entertaining than I expected. I kind of wish I had gotten in on this, but I suck with fan work. Keep it up! maybe I can catch the next one.

That's wassup

Final Fantasy 12 annoyed the hell out of me, and you're right, it does play for you. What's the point in running around the enemy if you can't block or dodge or anything? Here is why I went cold turkey off of RPGs after I turned 15. Fighting games, adventure games and NBA games keep me entertained enough.

Anyway, great cartoon, man! Great graphics, well done character designs and enjoyable dialogue. Very entertaining. I wasn't expecting it as a flash about Final Fantasy, but instead turned out to be a very clever commentary about it, and funny at that. Keep it up!

Bobert-Rob responds:

Thanks, Young Jazz, I appreciate the comments. And I don't know, running around them seems to make them take longer to attack so I do it pretty much all the time. Very confusing, but that's part of what I like about that tactic. Then again, I like to pointlessly rotate the camera around while I walk... it's funny, especially when people are watching you and are like "Why are you doing that?" and there IS no reason... heh. Good times.

Good, but it just doesn't stick out to me...

The same compliments and complaints as usual, it's very well organized and the story is interesting, but it's incredibly laid back to the point where many parts get boring, and the music completely fails to set any particular mood or theme at all. Also, the character interactions are incredibly scripted and unintering.

I was actually about to do what you're doing, and make my whole animated series of Nightgun together at once, but forget that. You've done this and created this series, but there's no increase it quality at all between them. No offense, it's just kind of...generic.

Mimicked the show well

That was pretty good, the drawings were anyway, and the voice acting. (It seems like you used clips from official Sonic stuff, except the part with him and the ugly kid from Sonic X) Personally, I hate Sonic X, I think it ruined the animated adventures of my first favorite video game character, but the idea, having something like this before every episode on your site, is a pretty sweet idea =). I probably won't watch the episodes, but I will sure as heck watch these.

Also, make sure when you do tweening animation like when the dude and the girl were behind the desk, make sure the line wraps all around whatever part of the body that's on the bottom layer.. Like when you had the guy's arm moving, there were parts where the black line was missing, it looksmore pro if the tweening blends without gaps in the linework. (I hope I said that in a way that makes sense) Peace.

Lol Wow

That was pretty funny, not as random as the first but funny anyway, and the way you animate the characters is really unique. I like how they always set up some magical plot to jip him out of something lol. Keep it up
