After a year and a half of sitting at my desk damn near nonstop, all 64 shots of animation in the first Punk Ass Pirate Donkey fully animated short have finally been completed.

That took... wayyyy the hell longer than I wanted but we are finally in the very last phase of this thing. It is hilarious to me how many times I thought I was a month from done with it, but this medium is just so playful with how much time-consuming effort you will never see coming.

So here's what's left:

- Animation revisions. Going through and fixing some jank shit from when I was still figuring out my pipeline, adding some Backer Cameo characters to shots for continuity

- Finishing TV backer animations. For the folks who purchased animations of their character on the monitors in the film. They're about half done currently. 

- Updating the 3D sets with TV stuff, Wanted Posters and Sticker/Graffiti rewards, then doing final exports/compositing on everything with those elements on screen

- Final sound design pass, all the music's done it's just SFX at this point

We are still on track for this spring, prepare for donk.
