[Cat Face 5]

Well done, but not funny at all

The flash was well-done and has a solid style to it with the clean drawings and the crayon-ish backdrops. But I have yet to see one of these Cat Face flashes that actually managed to make me even crack a smile. I honestly just don't see the comedy. But well-made, you guys work is seamless and looks very pro.

Caught me off guard

When I saw the talking flowers, I was skeptical but this was pretty great! The drawings were clean and solid, the voice acting was pretty well done, and the animation was nice. The writing stood out the most, very entertaining. There's some parts where the seams of the animations show, and a miscolored frame or so but that's not a big deal at all, shit happens. Keep up the good work.

[Apocalypse Please EP: 1 A]

LOVE the concept, but has it's issues

First off, I love the concept. End of the world as we know it, the world's still as greedy and fucked up as ever. No matter what happens, we adapt and find new ways to be greedy and fucked up. That's pretty deep, I love it. I also like the character designs a lot; the movie has charm to it, and you get big props for that because there's a lot of well-animated shit on Newgrounds that's as interesting and true to life as an Extenze commercial.
However, I have to admit that the presentation needs work. I see the style you're going for, but a lot of the drawings look rushed and a bit awkward. The colors are pretty bright for the tone you're going for, which makes it a bit hard to feel the world they're in. Also, you might want to turn up the sound quality in your publish settings. I hear Tomamoto in this movie, and his file quality is NEVER this bad.
But I can only see this getting better, keep it up! You've got my vote.

Thieving

I liked how frenetic it was, and the drawings were clean as well as the sound. The voice acting was decent. My main problem here is, while it was mildly amusing because of the "speed", the "comedy" was unoriginal and unfunny, and everything about it was stolen. I don't have to mention that it's a parody. Dick gag (Johnny Utah), black people's love for fried chicken (Ummm....Everybody on Newgrounds), chain-vomiting (Family Guy), pissed off gamer (Egoraptor).
What here did YOU actually come up with? Ehh who cares, this review will be marked useless and this movie'll be #1 in about 2 days anyways. You had fun, that's what matters. 5/10

[Smash Kingdom Lost Levels]

I love Smash, but this is boring as hell.

Nobody's really saying anything, so I'll just tell the truth. Same old jokes, same old choppy sprites, same boring dialogue, and not funny at all. The skit-style setup, and the tiny bit of effort would have been nice if you had tried something different as far as comedy, but it's just, the same.

Fucking hilarious

Not gonna lie, this was pretty damn funny. Also pretty damn ugly. But mostly hilarious. Ummm... Better jpeg quality would've been nice, maybe smoother keyframing, but loved it otherwise. This is underrated.

Nice graphics, prepare to get your dick sucked

This cartoon is going to bring about legions of thousands of 13 year old boys to digitally suck your dick, kissing up to you via reviews and calling you by your first name like they know you personally.

Graphics are just about number one for me when it comes to flash, that you did a great job with 'em. The drawing style is nice, and thank God you ditched that style you used in NG Showdown. I can tell you worked hard on the visuals for this one. The length was just right to get a short story across, I didn't count, but it felt complete. The voice acting was okay, but the sound file quality on most of the characters was pretty bad, except for maybe the fire dancing guy. Not much bad, though it wasn't funny at all for it to be "comedy". This is a personal pet peeve that I didn't take off points for, I fucking hate that thing you do where you squash the character when they blink. Overall sweet, worth the watch even for somebody who finds anything involving Legend of Zelda past the old NES one to be completely redundant.

Last request? How about more Moonlight, Red Riding Hoods, and Vahalla Knights; stuff from your head that can blow people's minds in it's own right rather than pretty but unfunny parodies.

[EFN Episode 1: Lies]

Best submission I've seen in awhile.

The graphics and animation were the strong suit of this flick, slick brush-tool cels with pleasing colors and smooth animation. The music fit the techno theme perfectly. The voice acting was clear and well done, and I like the diversity between actors. The style and technique is very clever, it also caught my eye noticed it in your last movie. You only shade the still parts of the characters, and use frame-by-frame on less complex parts so it doesn't come out sloppy. Great work, look forward to more.

Hilarious

It's been a long time since a flash on Newgrounds actually made me laugh, but this one did the trick. W00t for original comedy, no fucking mario, no fucking naruto dancing to J-Pop, no fucking shapes. Refreshing, keep up the good work! The art needs work, but it did the job for now. I see this series becoming something big.

[The Last Fight]

SERIOUS POTENTIAL, no joke

The Good: Very nice drawing style, it's simplistic and could work very well in a flash if used right. The colors really caught my attention, they were a pleasure to look at.
The Bad: The story was pretty lazy. Every 16 years a warrior is chosen. Two brothers fight. One was experimented on by a talking shadow. Ehh.... Also, the there was more camera-shaking and filter-blurring than actual fight animation.
The Ugly: You spent a year drawing this on paper....? Ouch. My only question is "Why?", there's nothing in this flash that couldn't have been done full-digital with MUCH less effort.
I like your style, but I'm begging you to just learn to draw in flash, your work will evolve a lot faster. Waiting to see more.
