That should be a real thing.
I like fake ads, and this one's well rendered but, the milk looks like water. The band-aid's in a nice symmetrical place, but Japanime always has band-aids to make their wimpy little characters look tough ! I guess this wiener wasn't too sick before it got smacked down and it's picture snapped up...
