it helps to watch people you knows animations or to have some kind of competitive spirit........ i know its not the best way but jealousy is usually a good motivator for an animation

try 5 frame per day minimum that helps u get into it

Have you ever played Cave Story? It's a pretty good freeware game that got me pumped when I first played it. Otherwise, I guess there's some cool stuff on front page, but you already knew that, right bro?

Hmm... also I guess you could check out My Neighbor Totoro, the best animated film ever, or The Brave Little Toaster. XD

But yeah I really don't have any completely serious ideas, hope you get back in the groove though because your animation are really slick.
